The building will have direct train station access and is also a short distance from two existing subway lines. Apart from being highly accessible, the acquisition of Tianchen Rose Plaza is strategic in nature as AM alpha sees significant potential in the development of the Hongkou District and specifically Sichuan North Road, which will strengthen its position as one of Shanghai’s top commercial districts. This is especially so as the Government has earmarked Hongkou as an area to be revitalized through initiatives like infrastructure upgrades as well as business incentives to encourage companies to locate in the area.

The post-acquisition strategy is to reposition the asset into a lifestyle hub. With additional capital expenditure, AM alpha intends to enhance both the façade and internal layout to unlock the full value of this asset.
